Let’s start off with today.
We woke up around 7:30ish this morning. Lenna (who is 13 months old) wanted a bottle and got a diaper change. She was satisfied so she walked back to her bedroom where she proceeded to lie down on a blanket and go back to sleep. Never mind that both mommy and daddy were now up and awake. Please note that this is ABNORMAL behavior for my little one. Usually she hates anything that has to do with sleep.
My day typically revolves around Lenna’s nap, poop, and food schedule (or lack of a food schedule). Any free time of my own to eat, do chores, or anything that might resemble any type of personal hygiene or a hobby falls in the “If I have time” category of the day. If you are a stay-at-home mom then I’m not telling you anything new or exciting.
And being a mom with MS only means that I have to come up with ways to conserve what little energy I get from the massive amount of coffee and sugar that I ingest every day. I tend to spend quite a bit of time in the floor since standing only entices the girl to want to be picked up and jetted around the room like a baby airplane. My biggest fear is dropping her. So far so good.
